In contrast with duelist, don't think that I have forgotten about fighter. For those of you questioning how and why do they exist at the same time, consider this: Duelists are the wizards of combat, with a number and variety of tricks that their specialization offers, fighters while having specializations and their own style of combat, use their specializations as just that, the cap of their abilities rather than the base, which they are known for. Fighters are not defined by their specializations but enhanced by them while duelists are defined and enhanced by their schools.

Enjoy, you future dervish dancing Arcanists!
Update: I changed the Dervish Dance extra damage to an extra 1d6 per hit.
Hey! I've had tech issues as of late... But I must say the extra damage this archetype gives during your dance is pretty scary. Especially if you've already taken dueling. Otherwise I think I quite like it.
ReplyDeleteI took the concept from the Sharpshooter archetype, but on doing the math, I think I will knock it down to an extra d8. I can edit the file as soon as I'm at my desk.
