Today's homebrew reward promotion goes to @KateiKab00m. She's been very cool and very helpful in commenting, giving feedback, and offering opinions in all things D&D over on Twitter. She wanted a punk rock bard, so I did what I could with the narrow three levels Bard Colleges get.
